Ofisu is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe your child has provided personal data through the app, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

Because we do not collect or store your documents or personal data on our servers, there is nothing for us to retain or delete remotely. All processed files are stored locally on your device and are subject to your device's own security measures (passcode, biometrics, encryption). You can delete any output file at any time from your device's Files app.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

By downloading, installing, or using the Ofisu app ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on a device you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

Ofisu is free to use and is supported by advertising provided by Google AdMob. Ads are displayed within the App including interstitial ads (shown between feature navigations) and app-open ads (shown when opening documents). By using the App you consent to the display of these advertisements.
All rights, title and interest in the App — including its design, code, branding, and content — are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you. The name "Ofisu" and the associated logo are our trademarks.
You are solely responsible for the documents you process with Ofisu. We make no representations about the legality, accuracy or completeness of any document you process. You must have the right to use any document you open, scan, or convert within the App.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Document conversion results may vary depending on the complexity of the source file.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including loss of data, loss of profits, or any other damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any).
We may update, modify, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times or that any particular feature will remain available in future versions.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the relevant jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
